I've been looking for this doujin for literally years now and I cant seem to find it. I have no images of it only memory. I'm hoping someone can maybe think of it or find it based on some tags or description.
Basically a girl is neighbors with the guy and she gets one of his packages. The package has a sex toy in it and she blackmails him into using it while she watches. This turns into them having sex and in the end she takes photos of him and says something like 'if you ever tell anyone about this I have these pictures' while the guy is passed out on the bed.
The doujin isn't long from what I remember.

Can't help you with telling what the title is of what you're looking for, but since you mentioned it being purged wherever you looked, there's a good chance it's Wani or Fakku related. I suggest you to use the site [panda.chaika.moe](http://panda.chaika.moe). That one archives all of those purged works, though you can't view them directly outside of thumbnails and tags. If you recognize the cover or title, you can download it directly from that site though.
