site sometimes won't log me in

hi raginggoddess here i was trying to login and till now it was sending me to a timed out page even though I was logged in till my system bugged out but when i tried getting back on it constantly sent me to a timed out page even though I took less then a minute to log in is this a bug? if so i hope it'll be fixed perhaps
